About Us
Purposeful Leaders. Systems Thinkers.
S & Co. bridges strategy and execution—designing, governing, and delivering the systems that make transformation real.
Our Why
Organizations rarely fail for lack of ideas. They fail because the systems around the idea—process, data, governance, incentives—were never designed to carry it.
S & Co. exists to close that gap. We build the operating systems that let good strategy actually land.
Our Story
S & Co. (Sahaja & Company) was founded by senior practitioners who spent two decades inside enterprise transformation—healthcare payers and providers, state programs, engineering firms, and technology organizations.
We built the firm we wanted to hire: small, senior, unusually clear, and accountable to outcomes rather than deliverable counts.
Our Approach
We start with a diagnostic that separates symptoms from causes, then design the smallest set of changes that will move the outcome.
Every engagement runs on visible governance—named owners, explicit decisions, and reporting an executive can read in two minutes.
We transfer capability as we go, so improvements survive our departure.
Our People
Our consultants are practitioners first. They have run programs, owned budgets, sat in regulatory reviews, and managed vendors through difficult go-lives.
That means fewer frameworks and more judgment—applied to your context, not a template.

Our Values
What We Hold Ourselves To
Integrity
We say what is true, even when it is inconvenient, and we do what we said we would do.
Excellence
Precision in the work and care in the details—every artifact should be usable long after we leave.
Partnership
We work shoulder to shoulder with client teams and transfer capability as we go.
Impact
We measure success by outcomes for the organization and the communities it serves.
Curiosity
We ask better questions before proposing answers, and we keep learning in public.
Stewardship
We treat client budgets, data, and trust as things we are responsible for protecting.
